PERFORMANCES AND EXPERIENCES

Wisdom Pot

Performance | Tomma Rum, Sweden | 2023
What if wisdom isn’t something we hold alone, but something we gather and share with others? This performance began with a group of us singing a Rumi poem, leading the audience through a space and into nature. I shared a story about how we collect wisdom from people, places, and experiences, and then invited everyone to write down a piece of wisdom they wanted to share. By the end, strangers were exchanging thoughts, laughter, and even hugs. It was magical to see how art could bring people together in such a profound way.

Lunga Performance

Performance | Iceland | 2022
In the breathtaking landscape of Iceland, we created a dance performance that blended yoga, martial arts, house, vogue, and breakdance. We started hidden behind trees and rocks, slowly emerging to guide the audience through the space. Collaborating with the Dutch performance group 155, we played with movement and nature to create an experience that felt both raw and poetic. It was a reminder of how art can transform even the most ordinary moments into something extraordinary.

Property Rites

Performance | NEST, The Netherlands | 2019-2020

What happens when the creations we make come to life and question their purpose? This performance, adapted from Alan Haehnel’s play, explored themes of art, technology, and human nature through the rebellion of human-figure sculptures. I played the role of a robot, and together with the cast, we invited the audience to reflect on the relationship between creators and their creations. It was a thought-provoking journey into the heart of what it means to create—and to be created.

Possibilities Workshop

Workshop Series | Global | 2017-2020

What if the challenges we face aren’t dead ends, but doorways to new possibilities? That’s the question at the heart of these workshops. Over three years, I traveled to 20 locations—from India to Sweden—facilitating sessions with people from all walks of life. Through games, puzzles, and storytelling, we explored how shifting perspectives can open up new paths. The most rewarding part? Hearing stories of personal transformation, where participants found hope and solutions they hadn’t seen before. Collaborating with organizations like Shikshantar Foundation and NavGurukul made the journey even more meaningful.
